On Tuesday, June 4, CHAMPS Oncology distributed a client satisfaction survey and received results from nearly 70% of its clients. The survey included questions such as:
- How satisfied are you with the communication CHAMPS Oncology provides?
- Has the integrity and quality of your cancer data improved since you’ve been working with CHAMPS Oncology?
- Has outsourcing your cancer registry to CHAMPS Oncology proven to be beneficial for your cancer program?
The client satisfaction survey resulted in an overall satisfaction rank of nearly 95%.
"We appreciate our clients’ feedback and we’re proud to report 87% of our clients would recommend our program to other cancer executives,” said Vice President Karen Schmidt, CTR. “Our ultimate goal is to provide superior service and high-quality data. These survey results reflect it.”
The CHAMPS Oncology client satisfaction survey included several open-ended questions which gave clients the opportunity to provide additional comments about their experience with CHAMPS Oncology. Comments overwhelming related back to CHAMPS’ quality of data and the recommendation for an annual meeting in 2020. CHAMPS Oncology will hold their first annual meeting to discuss the CoC standards on Wednesday, Jan. 29, 2020. More details about the meeting will be available in the coming weeks.
“CHAMPS has proven their comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the Commission on Cancer standards,” said one client.
