CHAMPS Patient Experience Celebrates Patient Experience Week 2015



CHAMPS Patient ExperiencePatient Experience Week 2015 will be celebrating the second annual Patient Experience Week April 27 - May 1 by recognizing and encouraging global efforts to improve the healthcare experience for patients, their families and caregivers. This celebration of the patient experience industry was founded by The Beryl Institute, the global community of practice and premier thought leader on improving patient experience in healthcare. 

Patient Experience Week provides a focused time for organizations to celebrate accomplishments, reenergize efforts and honor the people who impact patient experience every day. From nurses and physicians, to support staff and executive professionals, to patients, families and communities served, the Institute hopes to bring together healthcare organizations across the globe to observe Patient Experience Week. 

CHAMPS Patient Experience is joining in the week of festivities by:

  • Sending handwritten thank you notes to clients
  • Creating a PX Week video thanking those who impact patient experience every day
  • Creating posts for Facebook and Twitter
