On Wednesday, July 10, during session six, Carol Santalucia, vice president, CHAMPS Patient Experience will present “Debunking Common Myths about Service Recovery”.

“The traditional model of reactive complaint handling is no longer viable in today’s competitive healthcare market,” Santalucia said. “Organizations must become proactive and implement proper service recovery processes and systems to immediately address problems, concerns and complaints at the point-of-service. I’m looking forward to discussing and sharing some ways to accomplish this.”
